- Day 1: Arrival and pre-trek briefing in Moshi.

- Day 3: Trek across the Shira Plateau to Shira 1 Camp (3,500m).
- Day 4: Ascend to Shira 2 Camp (3,850m), with acclimatization opportunities.
- Day 5: Trek to Barranco Camp (3,960m) via the Lava Tower (4,640m).
- Day 6: Climb the Barranco Wall and proceed to Karanga Camp (4,035m).
- Day 7: Trek to Barafu Camp (4,640m) in preparation for the summit.
- Day 8: Midnight summit push to Uhuru Peak (5,895m), then descend to Mweka Camp (3,100m).
- Day 9: Final descent to Mweka Gate and transfer back to Moshi for a celebratory meal.
